musix install and configuration

Hi,

I have downloaded and I am planning to install Musix. It has inkscape, blender, GIMP and a load of video and music programs. I think I have solved the lanquage problem. I do not understand the way the windows are configure. When I start the live cd I get icewm with all kinds of icons on the desktop. When I click for the kde menu. I get a new kde taskbar above the same icewm taskbar and still icons on the desktop. The same applies to fluxbox. I would like to configure the desktop either all kde or all fluxbox but not a combination of both. When I try to enter the musix forum I get a returned sql error. Has anyone installed Musix to their harddrive and played around with the configuration. Thanks.

Joe
