Multiple User accounts

I am going to install front page extensions on a linux router. The router software is called clarkconnect. It is running redhat 7.2 as the base system, and I wish to back up the user accounts that I have created over the past 6 months. Is there a way to back up all the passwords that are set for just the users in /home so I dont have to track everyone down and reset all their passwords? There is a total of 21 user accounts, and if there is a file that holds the password info, how would I restore it if I hose the router?
