multiple taskbar question

hey im relatively new to linus and i was wondering if i can make multiple taskbars in my suse 9.1 personal? like in this screenshot
i want it like that, with one on top, icons on bottom and such, i just dont know how to do this thnx

Right-click on the existing panel, go Add to Panel > Panel > Panel, and then drag it up.
