What are you trying to do? Triple boot Xp, Fedora and Suse?
What is the issue? Loading grub in mbr should fix problem.
If grub has some issues you could try re installing grub from the rescue mode of Fedora or suse.

the problem is solved i am triple booting xp,fedora, suse.

suse was installed last, but the boot option green screen didnt display instead black and white screen was displayed.

the screen later said "b'cos of password failed to load image" or something like that......

so i removed the password but even then the grub never prompted for password
