Gobbledygook is "The pompous or incomprehensible jargon of specialists."
Your post read like gobbledygook. Would you care to write your post in English?

Welcome to LinuxQuestions.

I translate the post to internet speed test using toast.net website results using 2.4GHz wifi = 47Mb/s and 5GHz wifi = 3Mb/s

Do you get similar results using fast.com or speedtest.net? Are they repeatable?

With no other information provided it is impossible to say whether your problem is due to operating system / wifi driver or a hardware problem.
