can someone give me the file path of where Mplayer SHOULD be?
like /bin/sbin.....

anywhere you want it really..........
if your asking where it went if you ./configure, make , and make install -
should be /usr/local/bin
|

thanks J, I have it in /usr/bin maybe thats why I cant get the plugin to work in firefox and motzilla

moreover, it just plain doesn't matter where it is. it wil be on your path, you should never need to explicitly give its path

I look for it all the time do to the fact that I dont have all my file associations for video files.
