Arrow mpich problem

Hi, i am running mpich in Slackware 12.0 and when i run a program i have too enter my password many times
For example when i run >./mpirun -np 3 hello++
I have to enter my password 2 times

when i run ./mpirun -np 5 hello++
I have to enter it 4 times

what can i do to enter it only once or not enter it at all??

try su -c "mpirun -np 3 hello++"
