MPEG tools
Hi guys n' gurls
can any1 recomend a tool for joining / spliting mpeg video files ?
also, if possible, a tool for increacing the compression on an mpeg (reducing its quality to reduce storeage space)

i know u can use cat to join files, but i thought that was just for simple files, like plan text, didnt think it would work with mpegs

can't say whether it's the best for maintaining quality of picture or sound, but it's definitely the fastest & easiest way to do it.
BTW, cool screen name Qwijibow, that's classic
