MPEG player Linux Redhat 8

Hi,

I would like to know if there is an EASY or at least consistent way to install a MPEG player for Linux? I tried mplayer but get all these invalid key messages, do not know where to download the right rpm's.

I know Xine which another good alternative to mplayer...

xine is also nice because it has the ability to play DVDs and DVD images/file structures, including menus, 5.1 sound, and everything.
