MP3s

i configured LINUX to read my NTFS drive on my dual boot pc; however when i try to play MP3s off this drive either by simply opening them on that drive in XMS is it???? (hey i am new to all this stuff!) or by copying them accross on to my LINUX partition, nothing happens...sound is definately working though....

Anyone know of any other decent MP3 players for linux?

Hi,

It's called XMMS. And your problem has to do with the fact that due to licencies problems RH doesn't ship with mp3 support anymore. However you can download the mp3 plugin from http://www.xmms.org/ and then it should work.
