Mp3 player

So I'm looking to play some music, but the winamp clone that came with linux is like "Wow, i don't play mp3s." Suggestions anyone?

Let me guess, you 're using redhat /fedora
this is answered many times

for redhat 8,9 download

for fc1

install (as root) with

rpm -ihv xmms-mp3*.rpm

search the net for fc2 or fc3 mp3 support
you 'll find many solutions

You can also download and install mplayer. It plays mp3s and can be used for most of your multimedia needs.
