Mozilla security & FAT32 questions

1- Is mozilla safe to store my sites passwords? Can them be stealed by a script or something? and for email usage, it's secure?
2- When i run Defrag in Windose for the FAT32 partition (that is used for both OS), is very very slow and it never ends!? this occur because of the linux files? is this normal? what should i do to optimize it?

2-How big is your FAT32 partition and how long is the longest you've let defrag run? Personally, I've had to let Windose defrag run for up to 2 days on a 15GB part that hadn't been defragged in a long time.
