Mozilla Firefox Problem


Hi im completely new to Linux and im running Linux Mint 7 with Mozilla Firefox (not sure what edition, but its the one supplied with the Operating System) well my problem is that when im using Firefox the screen size is to big. http://i36.tinypic.com/29ol478.png Also when i click on the Tools tab Options is not available.

Was that picture resized? If you are running an 800x600 resolution, you might have other issues besides Firefox.

The "options" in Firefox is exactly where it was in Windows, under Edit and Preferences.

edit=>preferences

You can also use "ALT +" or "ALT -"

text in graphic seems to be ok.

try using open office writer and see if text still remains large - if it does - you may have screen resolution issues.

Press CTRL+0 on keyboard to set zoom ratio to 1(100%)
