Moving mouse makes xorg CPU spike to 40% or more

Only clue i have is this error from my xorg.0.log "LCD DDC Info Table Found!". I don't know if this is whats causing my problem. Think it means it can't identify my screen.
When I installed xorg it just copied my XF86Config-4, anything in particular I have to change?

Synaptic touchpad or ATI IGP 340M is where I think the problem is, but I don't know...

"LCD DDC Info Table Found!" should mean it HAS found the info about monitor (DDC for Display Data Channel). I don't think this is an error. What's the utility you used to measure the CPU load? Maybe it is its fault, or it is loading the CPU itself?

Sorry for taking so long, my connection was down.

If it is not an error way is it marked (WW) in my Xorg.0.log?? (know it just means "warning" but it's still not good..)
The problem whit xorg went away after I updated yesterday. But there is still a slight chop about once a sec playing video files since I got 3d. (very anoying)
Same thing happens whit games, very regular chops.

I also get varying output from glxgears, sometimes reporting up to 1300, and sometimes down to 400 FPS.

BTW, used top to get cpu output.
