Mouse stopped working
 
Got an Acer Aspire one laptop with Ubuntu 9.04 installed.

I was downloading a file and suddenly the computer locks. After the restart my mouse pad stopped working. I have reinstalled the computer but still without any success to get it working again. Have anyone some idea how to get it working?

If software doesn't help, its probably hardware. My money is on a mouse failure
