Mouse doesn't work at times on Acer Aspire X1200 with Ubuntu 11.04

HI, I installed Linux about 3 weeks ago and it was working fine until a few days ago, when my mouse stopped responding after I opened up Firefox after I started it up, I changed the batteries in the mouse and it seemed to go away until today, when it started back up again, sometimes it won't click on anything at all except the Firefox button, sometimes it will only click on the window I'm currently in and sometimes it works perfectly, I'm using a Logitech wireless mouse if that helps any.

in this case you should at first check if the mouse isn't damaged! Try the mouse at another computer or try another mouse on the laptop.

It is most likely that the problem is related to the mouse.
