mounting iso files


How do you mount iso files on linux mint 12?

I haven't used mint, but I imagine it's pretty much the same.
I mount iso files on an empty directory /mnt like so:

sudo mount -oloop -oro CentOS-6.3-x86_64-netinstall.iso /mnt

Mint might even mount them in the gui. Click on the iso and see if it opens.

Yes mint doe's mount them in the gui. I figured it out just after i asked the question. I am new with linux and really like it . Just trying to figure things out. The only way to really learn things is to just try things on your own. thanks for the reply
