Mounting an encrypted disk image

Hi guys,

I recently dumped an image of my /home partition using dd.

I now have the image that I want to mount on my new computer.

Only thing is that I encrypted the /home partition when I installed my first system.

Normally I use Furius to mount the image, but this won't work now due to the encryption.

I searched on the forum briefly and on google but couldn't find any pointers.

I hope you can help me out.

How is it encrypted? If you used LUKS, the method will, for instance, be widely different from truecrypt. (Dunno if I can help there, though, but any advisor will need this information.)

Also, you can always just dd it back and use it like you did before.
