More text in Text Mode
Hi - I'm running Redhat 9, and using GRUB as the boot loader.
I'm only getting 25 lines by 80 columns in text mode, and I wanted to change this. I added vga=ext to the kernel line in the grub.conf file, and when the system booted it did have more lines and columns, until part way through the boot process when it swapped back to 25x80! :( Does anyone know what I need to do to get more lines and columns in text mode? |
