Monitoring Apache Web Server?

I was searching for tool for monitoring Apache performance and utlization of Web Server? Any Idea..

You can install cTrace which will run via a cronjob documenting Apache process usage to a log file.

Take a look at the status module.

It will present a webpage with various statistics. You can review it manually
or have a monitoring tool parse it.
