monitor port status using web tool in Linux

Dear Friends ,

I have a centralized linux server which are connected to 15 others clients . Centralized server always connected to a particular port of all other 15 servers . Using papping tool I can port ping to 15 clients from the server .

Now I want to visualize this using a web browser . Is there any web tool available in Linux , so that I can monitor this easily .
