module System Services can not be loaded. KDE3 running on Ubuntu 9.10
 

I recently loaded Backtrack4 on a HP DV1000 laptop. Everything appears to be working, except for Configure - KDE Control Module. When I attempt to execute it, I get the following error:

The module System Services could not be loaded.

The diagnostics is:

Possible reasons:
An error occurred during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control module
You have old third party modules lying around.

However, the logs appear to be clean, and as you can see from the diagnostics is: <BLANK> no hints to try and troubleshoot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
