It seems that your computer uses
modules as described in your link. This is not standard Linux software, which explains why my first answer was so vague.
The
modules load command creates an
environment that allows you to run a certain program or set of programs.
The term "environment" is very specific and means a set of key-value pairs like
PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/gcc/6.3.1/linux-x86_64/bin. In this example, PATH is the key, and the string to the right of the equals sign is the value. The correct term for a key like PATH is "environment variable" or "shell variable".
So, after you have set up the required environment, you will still have to run your program(s). The bad news is that the
module command won't do that for you, since it only manages environments, and I won't be able to tell you either. You need to find out how to run Sentaurus TCAD.
If you have no other resources, I or other people hanging out on Linuxquestions might be able to help if you shared your environment with us. I don't know
module, but perhaps the commands
module help NAME_OF_YOUR_MODULE or
module show NAME_OF_YOUR_MODULE provide enough information. If not, you could share the output of the
env command after running
module load.
