Question mod_perl config

Hi,

I've been playing with Linux for some time now, but not really getting anywhere with this particular problem.
I've just installed RedHat 8.0 with Samba and Apache on it. I want to run an Intranet server in my very small network that has Windows drive access.
I have both of these up and running and can do what I need with them.

I did have a machine with Mandrake 9.0 on it and was running mod_perl in Apache. I can't seem to get perl to work in Apache on the new installation and I'm not sure what's wrong. My knowledge of Linux isn't vast and I'd like to know how to work out what's wrong with my install.

Can anyone provide any pointers to a walk-through or anything like that?

Thanks,

flaxius
