Missing gui controls in xine

Hi
I have just installed xine into fdora cor4. Under root and the one use name it works fine. But under the second user name it is missing the gui controls to be able to play/select scenes etc.
Now iobviously I have clicked on something when it first came up but how do I get the controls back?

I belive you probably turned off the controls at one point, and it remembers your settings so... Should be able to right click on the video and check the 'show controls' .. its at the top of the list if I remeber correctly. Whenever you close the video, click either the X on the video portion or right click and exit, click the X on the gui controls will only turn off the controls window.

Press 'g' to show the controls, 'g' again to dismiss.
