Missing drivers for SuSE Linux 9.3 Pro

Hello,

I have a Compaq Presario C500 laptop and I just installed SuSE Linux 9.3 Professional but some of the drivers are missing. Seems that the Audio drivers are installed but I cant play any media (machine uses HD Audio), but my wireless card drivers and graphics drivers are missing at all. Im totally new to Linux (last night was my first time using it) so I know nothing about it at all. I have read the rules of Your forums but I dont trust my english much so if I have posted my thread in the wrong place please Moderators move it.

My cards with missing drivers are:

-Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN
-Mobile Intel(R) 945GM GU Express Chipset Family

Please help me, looking forward for replys...

PS: I have read an article that uses somekinda software called NDISwrapper for installing Wireless cards using Windows Drivers, is that possible for my card?

Best regards,
Dren

SuSE 9.3 Pro includes a utility called hwinfo. Open a terminal and enter the command: /usr/sbin/hwinfo
--netcard. If hwinfo detects the broadcom card, it will also tell you which driver is needed, and if the driver is active. If it isn't active, try "modprobe <drivername>" (without quotes; substituting the driver name for <drivername>).

If you don't have the driver (a possibility since SuSE 9.3 is a bit outdated), then you can get ndiswrapper instructions from the ndiswrapper wiki http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/joomla/
