Mint 19

I read at https://itsfoss.com/ that Linux Mint 19 has been released today & having already used the beta live disc to test it out I was keen to upgrade from 18.3. It states that upgrade is possible from within the update manager under "Edit" however I have refreshed my update manager expecting to see the "Upgrade to Mint 19" under the Edit tab but there's nothing there.
Is it being pushed out slowly or should I be able to get it now.
I also wonder is there a command line way to force it.

Thanks

Try again - it can take hours or even days for all the mirrors to get updated.

OK cheers, I'll just sit tight, I just assumed once released it would be available to all. I guess I need to be more patient.

Although Mint 19 has been released, the upgrade path from 18.3 to Mint 19 is not yet available. It will be soon. Keep an eye on the Mint blog which will give you details of how the upgrade is to be carried out:

For those who are interested the upgrade instructions are now available here ~ https://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/2416
