Minimal BASH like line error on fedora


I tried upgrading and updating my fedora when i rebooted my pc i was stucked with Minimal BASH like line error

there is no such thing.
i guess you mean your computer booted to a text console, instead of a graphical desktop.
there are many reasons why this could have happened, please tell us exactly, with commands issued and output received, how you "tried upgrading and updating" including such trivial information as what version of fedora, how long you've been using it without problems etc.

Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file completion

Then you have to boot ihe installed system with the install dvd and reinstall grub.
