minimal BASH like line editing is supported for the first word TAB list possible comm


i just installed windows 7 64 bit on a dell latitude d-630 and sometimes it boots windows correctly other times it comes up minimal BASDH like line editing is supported for the first word TAB lists possible command completions..is there any way to get rid of it?

Well it seems a little weird for Windows to refer to bash ... are you using an alternate boot loader?
