Midori 0.5.8 not opening webpages on Puppy Slacko 6.3.2

Midori 0.5.8 will open on Slacko 6.3.2, but will not open webpages. When attempting to open webpages- message says "TLS/SSL support not available: install glib networking". I am running a Pentium 4 with 512 mb ram. Can you provide a step by step fix? Thank you

This leads me to this (search for "glib").
Could be relevant, or not.

Can you look at http (not https) pages?
