middle mouse button doesn't work
 

Hi everybody..!
I am using Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4 (Tikanga) some how middle button of my mouse which we use for paste purpose is not working I checked the mouse configuration file & also gpm service is enabled but still it is not working for me..!
Kindly address my issue..!
