Microsoft Streets And Maps

My friend wanted a cheap computer. All that he does is surf the net, read e-mail, and use Microsoft Streets and Maps to help with his job driving truck.

I ordered him a Microtel with Linspire.

Does anyone know of a program to replace streets and maps or if Microsoft's version will run on Wine?

I did a search for map software for Linux and there is a ton of stuff for GPS, but all he wants is the ability to print a map and take it with him. He wants simplicity.
