Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard/mouse
I have an AMD64-3500 with two hard drives.
One drive is just WinXP - Still have to convince the wife to get rid of this. 2nd drive has Feather and Slackware I'm using XOSL for multiboot. - It works great. I have a micro$oft bluetooth keyboard and mouse that I was using in windows. The bluetooth dongle plugs into a usb port. I'd like to use in my linuxes also. Problem is ... how do I get xosl to recognize the bluetooth keyboard and mouse? And then If I get that working, will I be able to get Linux to use it? If more info is needed just ask. |

Been there
I had read that before. It gives great insight into getting it to work on Linux, but if I can't get it to work is XOSL then I can't use my keyboard or mouse to pick which OS I want to boot. I still have my PS/2 keyboard for bios settings and so forth, but it would be nice to not be tethered to the 'box'.
Thanks, Parley |
After a look at what little docs that exist, it may be a case of waiting for support. Some googling produced this.
http://www2.arnes.si/~fkomar/xosl.org/ This doesn't look promising. You may find more info googling, sorry. good luck. |
