mepis logon


ok,iam now trying mepis as i give up on dsl.one problem ive come too a log in screen and what am i supposed too do.i didnt set any password so why do i need too logon.????????

Are you running from live CD? The typical login is something like "guest" with no password. Or maybe username and password both "root".

If you install to hard drive, you will be prompted to enter passwords.

mepis logon

If you are using the live cd
It has two user root password root
quest password quest
It works by me

it says,live cd:user "demo" + pswd "demo"
so wot do i write in login box?
