I've made two steps:
1. I've began with google://installing Matlab on Linux.
2. Then I saw three links on the top of the list:
- How can I install and activate MATLAB on a Unix/Linux machine without using the X Window System (X Server)?
- Install MathWorks Products With an Internet Connection
- How do I install MATLAB R2012a?

You may try all of these steps but also may skip step 1. ;)

Did you search for a solution yourself?

Look at e.g. : http://pharic.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08...-on-linux.html
