mapping delete key
A Linux newbie working on moving a small company from SCO to Linux.
In SCO Unix the keyboard "Delete" key is mapped to CONTOL-C. They have many applications where the users are used to hitting the Delete key rather than CTRL-C. Any way to map the Delete key on the keyboard to send a "CTRL-C" ? I'm using RedHat 9 Linux THanks, Steve |
look at teh loadkeys and xkmodmap programs, they remap the keybord so you might find a way to do what you want with them
