Mandriva Discovery lx Start X doesn't load KDE but another graphic mod

Bonjour, I've Mandriva discovery lx.
I've just installed mandriva with multiboot and windows xp.
The installation was correct, I've a DELL inspiron 6000, only the graphic card was not automatically detected. But I've selected drivers manually and the test was good.
When I start linux, it's a very simple graphic mod, the background is all blue for users and red for root, there is just one application which is open, named Xclock.
It's not the KDE interface
I've already try to start in textmod with the "startx" command, It's the same graphic mod which is open and not KDE
Thanks in advance, im new and sorry for my bad english

You need to create a file called .xinitrc (the dot has to be there because its a hidden file) in your home directory with the following line
exec startkde
