Mandrake101, How does it so easy!

Not so ease!
iam a very newB with Linux.
This time i load some iso (mandriva or mandrakelinux 10.1 Off) from, burn it into CD and run.
Yeah! The CD boot well. Follow these partitioning with ease.
After, i encourter a big probs. Here are the ERRORs reported:

Looking for available packages...
INTERNAL ERROR: no kernel available
MDK::Common::Various::internal_error() called from
pkgs::bestKernelPackages() called from
install_any::setPackages() called from
install_steps_interactive::setPackages() called from
install2::installStepsCall() called from
install2::chosePackages() called from
(eval)() called from
install2::main() called from

First i think i do somethin wrong with partitioning step. Even when delete the windows partition completely, i met this diffused message again.
2nd, think: probs with the sources code?? i tracked to /usr/bin/runinstall2---> 0 byte file????
And 3rd, im new 2 Perl 2.

With kind regards.

Hello maxali207,

Problem seems with the CD! Please try to reburn the image or better download image from another server. Also match checksum before burning.

Probably installer is unable to read some files from media.

Thanks, Kirtimaan
