Dunno_Linux LQ Newbie Registered: Jun 2003 Location: Florida Distribution: Mandrake 9.0 (KDE) Posts: 4 Rep:	Mandrake Shutdown Option(s)??? I have Mandrake 9 running KDE 3.0 and when I select Logoff from the KDE menu I am told that I am supposed to receive options to shutdown and reboot. Is this true? I am working on getting SUDO installed and configured correctly right now as a work-around, but is there supposed to be a way for normal users to shutdown and/or reboot the system? Why would they not be available to me?
