Mandrake 9.1 seek printer from Windows server
 

I have trouble to get my windows server printer work to Mandrake Linux 9.1. Those printer already set as share for everyone on the network. I can see the printer from several way what I using the linux. As CUPS, and Mandrake Control center.

My problems is.....

Linux did send test paper and it was successful to printer. I check both CUPS properties to see the jobs was complete and I check on windows and it do see the print job. Everything going work. BUT the result when the paper come out the printer. It is not formal words. It is garble words and it keep print more than one page as Both CUPS and Windows said it did print ONLY one page. I have to force to stop the print before waste of the paper with garble words.

I did follow the step to step on CUPS documents from linuxprinting.org. Nothing successful. I tired everything as I can.

My printer name is IBM 4029 LaserPrinter 10.

I wonder if guys have some ideas what I do wrong.

Are you sure you have CUPS configed corectely?

Yes, I did make CUPS configed correctly. Nothing change since.
