Mandrake 9.1 Help


Ok... Im up and running on Mandy 9.1

I got up licq and set it all up w/ my icq # and all.. now when i go to send a message to some1 that is online it dosent send it says Sending direct... but never sends... Any 1 know how to fix this?

Also how do i set up IRC? I want to be able to go to www.mandrakehelp.com 's IRC channel?
