Mandrake 9.1 and ATI Rage II+

OK, I have Mandrake 9.1 installed and an ATI Rage II + DVD PCI 4Mb with S-Video out video card. For some reason the TV out function doesn't work once I get past lilo. I have the video card hooked up to my TV and to a monitor. I'm dual booting on two separate HD's and when going into Win98 the tv out function works fine. It also works fine when I get to the Lilo screen. As soon as I select Linux the TV screen turns completely red and stays that way. But, everything shows up fine on the monitor.

I've googled and searched the old threads here and just can't figure this out. I'm assuming I just have the wrong driver but I haven't been able to find the correct one. Can some one help me get this to work? Thanks.
