Mandrake 10 keyboard/mouse problem
I have a usb mouse and keyboard with only one usb to ps/2 adapter, during the Mandrake 10 installation the only that would function is the one pluged on the ps/2 port through the adapter (but when the mouse is on ps/2 there was a lot of lag to it....)
I was able to get through the installation by swaping the keyboard and mouse when needed, hoping to fix the problem later. But then when i tryed starting Mandrake kde it hang on loathing utilities. I also saw during boot up: 1- "backspace sends ^?" and 2- interface eth0 failed". What can i do? This is my first time with Linux and i have a amd xp 1.8 512mb ram and a geForce 4 ti 4200. thanks very much for any help |
