managing folders

I've got two main folders.
One contains unorganized content,
Another contains organized content arranged in subfolders.

Is there any script that can tell me, what all is left for organizing ??
Keep in mind that files are only copied from the source folder & nothing is deleted.

Moved to a new thread..

My hunch is that the best way to do this is a GUI file manager.
