how do i get my redhat like this? i havent seen the option for transparency.... hmm.. also where can i get a cool xmms skin like that?

you can use old winamp 2 skins for great XMMS skins -- just rename the file to a .zip extension, and put it in ~/.xmms/Skins

the shell that is being used is eterm/ (which has transp background in the pref) icons are in /usr/share dir.
