make partition (Delilinux)

Hello,
I have got a problem installing delilinux. I don't have a linux partition yet, so I tried do make one while installing. First I tried cfdisk, which failed, so I tried fdisk. I tried dev/hda, dev/hdb, dev/hdc, but none of these was found. He found dev/hdd, and I think that is the right harddisk, but when I'm trying to write the partition table it says "Unable to write partition table".
I hope anybody can help me, I tried many things, for example the qparted live cd, but everything failed!
The Computer: Intel Pentium 1 : 133 Mhz , 64 Mb Ram, 1.5 GB harddisk

As root user, run "fdisk -l". This command will list all disks and partitions. So, you now knows what are the names for your disk(s).
