make command in backtrack
 
I have just started using backtrack. I an a fresher into this field. In one of the assignment, I am giving command make stack.c in which it gives me the error makefile:l: *** missing separator. Stop.

Ok. Now how about providing some actual details?? Version of backtrack? Where it's loaded? What you type in to get the error? What you're trying to accomplish??

If you don't provide details, no one will be able to help you.
