Question "make clean modules" not working

im a noob. im trying to install my lan driver

i downloaded it, extracted the tar file, and when i get to next command "make clean modules", i get a bunch of error follows...

so, when i advance to next step..."make install" i get this...

any pointers?

It is looking for kernel sources, you do not have sources installed so it errors out. There is no point carrying on with installation after you get an error.
