Hi,

First of all, I would suggest you to check if rDNS/PTR record is setup for your server's IP address or not.

Setup email authentication like DKIM and SPF record for your domain name.

Use MXToolBox's blacklist checker to test your mailserver's IP address reputation against RBL or any other real time blacklists.

Regarding Outlook/Hotmail email problem, you may use this link and notify them that you have reviewed their bulk sender policy.

I'm sorry, but you are giving out VERY bad advice to people. This is the second thread where you are WAY off base. The OP has clearly stated that their mail system is working just fine...so why do the DNS/PTR checks?

socressor: since it's coming through to Gmail as spam, that will tell you that there is SOME problem with the message. The most telling part of what you posted is that you say you're using Hotmail as your upstream mail relay. Did you obtain permission to do this? And the Microsoft forums address bad SPF records for using Hotmail as your relay:
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/o...7ce71ed?auth=1

Are you using postfix or sendmail? If you're using postfix, make sure to set the mydomain option to be just "xxxx.com (like "mydomain = domain.com"). If your domain resolves, you should be further along. This:
https://www.maikel.pro/blog/en-your-...ixdovecot-but/

...tells you how to use Hotmail as your relay host with Postfix.
