Mail Server configuration

Hi everyone. I am very new to Linux. I have RedHat 8 (Psyche) installed. I am trying to set up my web site with an Email Me form. I've heard that Sendmail is horrible and buggy. RedHat installed Postfix, as well. I've also heard that QMail is the best - And it's easy to install. My problem is that I really don't know where to begin. I've searched these forums many times to try to find out how to Uninstall SendMail, how to Install and Set up QMail. I'm just rather frustrated. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Switched to Postfix - Works

I just switched to Postfix and it worked. I had never heard of it, so I was reluctant to try it. I jumped the gun when I sent the previous post. Sorry for the inconvenience.
